Strategic planning is a critical and necessary component of organizational success. It provides
structure, process, and direction; more appropriately it provides a roadmap to drive decision
making, for daily staffing and resource commitments to longer term decisions. The plan acts as a
compass and clearly communicates the vision of Albion and the direction of growth the
community is pursuing.
