Albion Economic Development Corporation
The Albion Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) invites interested businesses to learn more about opportunities in the East and West industrial parks located in Albion, Mich.
Federal, state, and local incentives are available to assist new and growing companies to thrive in the greater Albion community. Conveniently located along I-94, the various parcels offer proximity to Chicago, Grand Rapids, and Detroit and the ability to draw from a robust local workforce.
The West Industrial Park is a well-developed park that has all necessary infrastructure in place,
including electrical, gas, sewer, and water services.
The East Albion Industrial Park is a 624-acre strategic industrial site owned by AEDC. Located east of the Albion city limit in Sheridan Township (Calhoun County) and Parma Township (Jackson County), this site has access to municipal utility services. The land is divisible and located on Highway M-99/Michigan Avenue, 0.5 miles from I-94. Although zoning on this land is largely agricultural, master planning is in process to rezone to light and heavy industrial.
Making sure that companies have the necessary tools in place is important to the AEDC team. We've pulled together many federal, state, and local incentives that companies can take part in when starting, relocating, or expanding in the greater Albion area.
